Family Run Building Company
We are a family run business and our reputation has grown strongly over the years. We built our own home after building numerous new homes in and around the area. Our portfolio now includes new build properties, as well as double storey wrap around extensions, garage conversions, loft conversions, single story extensions, kitchen and bathroom refits, garden buildings and bespoke carpentry work.

We are at the end of our end of our extension and internal remodeling and would like to say a massive thank you to Alan and his team for helping us create the family home we have dreamed of for years. Alan and his team extended our house by adding a dining room and patio area off our living room. Alan and team did a single storey kitchen extension for us in early 2019. The work was carried out to a really high standard and we are very pleased with the outcome, which has transformed the whole downstairs of the house. The project was delivered on time and on budget, and we will def use them again.

AJH Building Services completed a single storey side extension, including a kitchen refit, on our Victorian semi in 2018. We are so pleased with the end result, which has transformed our family living space. Alan, his team, and all the subcontractors he works with, were friendly and understanding of us living in the house (with a toddler and cats) whilst the work was completed. The work was completed to a high standard by all involved, and we were impressed by Alan and the team’s ability to overcome challenges and suggest ways to improve upon our original design. We undertook major building and alteration work to our family home in 2016, and from the moment we appointed AJH Building Services, Alan was extremely helpful even dealing with elements such as helping us to source a piling company and to get other trades people in. Alan followed our very detailed architect drawing to ensure we got the design we had planned for. His attention to detail is first class, Alan has excellent communication skills and his consideration to us whilst we lived in the house and had our home turned upside down was just amazing. The build quality is excellent and his friendly, polite manner made him welcome into our family home everyday over a 4 month period. The budget did increase but this was due to additional work he undertook, or changes we made. I would have no doubt in recommending Alan.
